Explore our website to find out more about us. You can then contact us for an initial chat with one of our recruitment consultants. You may also provide your contact details so we can give you a call back. This particular step applies to both candidates and clients.

Provide Business Information and Hiring Requirements (Clients)
For hiring companies, we will need information about the business, hiring requirements, and job brief. We will also agree on a time scale for candidate sourcing, screening, interview, and selection.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Using the information we have gleaned from our discussion with hiring companies, our recruitment consultants will proceed with candidate sourcing and screening. We use different tools and strategies to find suitable candidates, from online advertising to active networking. We also maintain an updated talent pool that we can tap into for potential candidates.

Interview and Assessment
We will conduct initial interviews with candidates who match the requirements provided by our client companies. From there, we will be short listing those who we will be moving forward with the companies' interview process. We will also carry out reference checks on short listed candidates (with their consent) to make sure our clients will be making an informed choice.

On-Boarding
Successful candidates will be notified about the next steps in the recruitment process. Depending on our agreed arrangement with our clients, we may conduct the orientation and contract signing. In most cases, however, we forward the successful candidates to their new employers so they can get off to the best possible start.
